Yu Lan "Lisa" Ning

On Tuesday, August 17, 2021 Yu Lan "Lisa" Ning, age 57 died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones at her residence in Rockville, MD. Born on July 4, 1964 in Chengdu, China to Shi Jun Ning and Rui Hua Xiong. She came to the United States twelve years ago, and became an American citizen. Having earned a master's degree, she was employed as a medical assistant in a physician's office. Beloved wife of Richard Teal Barney. She will be missed by family and friends, both here and in China.
