On Thursday, July 23, 2020 William Ray Talbert Jr. died peacefully at Birch Manor Healthcare Center in Sykesville, MD. Born on August 29, 1964 to William Ray Talbert, Sr. and Judith Elaine (nee Jones). Brother of Stephanie Gutierrez of Frederick, MD. He will be missed by family and friends.
