Virginia “Ginny” Tull Thawley Perdue, age 71, of Seaford, Delaware, passed away on April 3, 2026.
Born and raised in Seaford, Ginny spent her entire life in the community she called home. She attended Atlanta Road Alliance Church and found joy in simple, meaningful things. She had a love for painting and a special place in her heart for her pets, who brought her comfort and companionship.
Ginny is survived by her daughter, Tanya and her husband, Jake Hinckle; and her beloved grandsons, Colt and Henry Hinckle.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert J. Tull; her mother, Grace Tull Allen; her brother, Robert J. Tull Jr.; and her husband, Gene Thawley.
Ginny will be remembered by her family for her life, her presence, and the memories she leaves behind.
