On Monday, September 20, 2021 Victor Ngongo Muzyumba, age 54 died peacefully following a brief illness at the Layhill Nursing Center, Silver Spring, MD. He was born on December 25, 1966 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Having earned a bachelor's degree, he worked as a meteorologist for the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Beloved husband of Leonnie Biaya Mbiya. On Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm a Visitation will be held at Thibadeau Mortuary Chapel, 124 East Diamond Street Gaithersburg, MD 20877. A graveside service will follow immediately, at 1:30 pm, at Norbeck Memorial Park 16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832. He will be greatly missed by the many whose lives he touched.
