Samuel G-L Bohórquez,

a most kind, loving, happy by nature, and generous soul passed away on July 25, 2018. SaMMy -as we all used to call him- will be deeply remembered for making an unforgettable print of happiness & filling with laughter each person’s life who came along his path. He’s also leaving an unfathomable treasure of memories as a devoted father, a selfless brother, an amazing son, a caring uncle and the most wonderful friend that anyone could have. SaMMy was a member of a Christian Soft-Rock Music Band that traveled throughout most of Latin American countries that began in the eighties thru the year 2000, impacting countless people with his music as he was reckoned one of the high talented drum players in South America.

His music may be found on all digital live streaming platforms today under MaryLuz Gonzalez-L and/or Vision profiles.

Aside from inspiring many young lives while dedicated to his music from a very early age, SaMMy also explored the business field and became a successful entrepreneur for many years. All of us who had the chance to know him, to share with him, to count him in our life, find ourselves devastated with his passing. Having him in our lives enriched us in so many ways. His time among us was too brief, and yet, we are in awe at the legacy that God still empowered him to leave behind.

Our beloved SaMMy is survived by his precious daughter IsaBeLLe; by his parents, Rev. Leonor & Felix Gonzalez; his siblings- Felix Jr., MaryLuz, Elizabeth, DaNNy & MarK; his nieces and nephews Victorya, Carolina, Kathy, MarKoS, Raquel Andrea, Natalia, Ziony, Ethan, Nadine, Elizak, Nathan, BronWen; his life companion VicKy, by his in-laws Martin, Stacey, Lea, Vilma and by his most invaluable soul sisters Tatty, Aurora, Miriam, and Amy. He’s been taken from our earthly realm but never from our hearts. His warm-hearted contagious spirit, his positive attitude, his vision & dedication to make this world better than he found it, and his infectious laughter- among many other heavenly gifts he hadremain within us. 7/25/2018.
