A visitation in honor of Rolando will take place on September 10, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Thibadeau Mortuary Chapel located at 124 E Diamond Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. This will be followed by a funeral service at the same location starting at 8:00 PM and concluding at 9:00 PM.
