On Friday, June 5, 2020 Richard Alan MacDowell age 71 died peacefully at his residence in Columbia, MD. Born October 17, 1948 in Little Creek, NY to Gene Francis and Mildred Louise (nee Oakley) MacDowell. Having earned his bachelor's degree, he worked as a manager of BWI food service. Beloved husband of Barbara Jean McCall. He will be missed by many other relatives and friends.
