Burial, Date and Time to be announced - Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Rd, Clinton, MD 20735.
Nicholas Paul Campagnoli, 83, passed away on August 22, 2025. Born on Novemeber 2, 1941 in Washington, DC, he was the son in Francis and Jennie (Patane) Campagnoli.
Nick graduated from Gonzaga College High School (1959) and Georgetown University (1963),
Although Nick worked for the public health service at Health Education and Welfare and later Health and Human Services until he retired, he was an entrepreneur at heart, starting and running several small businesses throughout his life. However, his real passion was real estate and the beach; he owned and rented several investment properties in Ocean City, MD and Makaha, Hawaii.
After retirement, he started International Student Services, where he helped connect local business with international students to fill much needed jobs in Ocean City during the busiest tourist seasons. From that grew an Internet cafe, a laundromat, sight seeing excursions and even tax filing help.
Nick married Kathleen Sayre in 1963 and together they had four children. Although their marriage ended, they remained friends until her death in 2019. Nick is survived by his children and eight grandchildren - daughter Lisa and her children Paula (Peter), Katarina and Leilani Chew; son Nicholas (Tracy); daughter Patricia Myers (Bernard) and children Nathanael Campagnoli, Celia and Bryce Myers; and daughter Catherine Benskin (George) and her children Damian and George Benskin.
Nick will be remembered for his commitment to justice and generosity in helping others- whether through financial counseling services in his younger years, starting businesses, or real estate help and advice.
We invite you to join us in celebrating Nicholas' life on this dedicated webpage. Your condolences, stories, videos and pictures will be cherished by the family and provide comfort during this tender time.
