On Wednesday, April 29, 2020 Margaret Ciceila (nee Hrasar) Webb, age 76, died peacefully at Northampton Nursing and Rehab Center in Frederick, MD. Born on July 24, 1943 to John and Eva Marie (nee Lubonia) Hrasar. Having completed her education, she worked as an administrative assistant for the United States Government. Beloved wife of Steward Ellis Webb Jr. She will be missed by many other friends and relatives.
