On Tuesday, June 27, 2023 Joseph Vidal Valerio Norales, age 14, of Martinsburg, WV died far too soon at the Children's National Medical Center of Washington, DC. Born on February 11, 2009 in Bronx, NY to Eugenio Vidal Valerio and Carmen Epifania Norales Sosa. He struggled bravely with health issues throughout his short life. He will be missed greatly by his loving family and the friends whose lives he touched. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Thibadeau Mortuary Service, p.a., Gaithersburg, MD.
