Jennie is survived by her loving family, including her son, Chet Phillips (Chris), and her daughter-in-law Michele Strank (Jeff) as well as her grandchildren Luke Phillips, Bethany Grant (Leon), Holly Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Carson Phillips, Randall Phillips(Noa), Anthony Strank and Marissa Strank. Also mourning her are her seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Phillips Sr., as well as her sons, Joseph Randall Phillips, her father Paul Keeling and her mother Velma Keeling. She also mourned the loss of her great granddaughter Clara Phillips.

Jennie Louise Phillips will be remembered for her indomitable spirit, her dedication to caring for children, and the lasting impact she made on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of kindness and love will forever resonate in the hearts of her family and friends.
