Gary Mowl

On Wednesday, January 13th, 2021, Gary Christian Mowl, 63, of Gaithersburg MD, died suddenly in Silver Spring MD. Born in Gaithersburg MD on January 19th, 1957 to Haskel Mowl and Thelma Mowl. He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Melody Mowl. He is also survived by three children, Ann Mowl, Christopher Mowl, and Laura Mowl; and siblings Richard Mowl (Debbie), Cathy Brown, and Randy Mowl.
Gary worked as a Maintenance Engineer for the Maryland National Capitol Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC), and formerly served as a Volunteer Firefighter with the City of Gaithersburg until 2000. He remained a volunteer with the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair and Fairgrounds until his passing, and was an avid bowler.
A virtual service and future memorial service will be planned by the family and announced at a later date.
