Our Sweet and Dearest Family Friend, Francine Joan Klappert, had peacefully went home to be with the LORD on November 19, 2023. Joan was born on March 3, in the year 1942 and LORD called her home at the age of 81. She was a genuinely caring close acquaintance who became family. Joan had an esteemed career as a Federal employee in the Pentagon for over 30yrs as professional Assistant. She lived with her Late mother Olga, whom she cherished so dearly and spent her life caring and enjoying life together traveling the world. They had both spent over 30yrs in their place of residence in Gaithersburg Maryland. Joan had an endearing love for animals and treasured her puppy named Petra. She loved animals so much that she would feed the squirrels and rabbits that would sneak into her backyard. Everyone who knows Joan will agree that she had a devout faith and loved the LORD with all her heart, and if you ever had a chance to meet Francine, (Joan) she would tell you clearly as day, that God loves you! Joan enjoyed spending quality time with our family and is always missing her late Mom. She also loves gardening in her backyard and organizing her home. Joan was a beautiful soul with so much Joy and was so pleasant to be around. She had a wonderful sense of humor and would always say how she loved her life, had no regrets and was so glad she was born when the world was a better place. She loved to collect religious pictures and statues to decorate her home and yard. She prayed often and loved to read her devotional and health books. She was always very patriotic and loved to hang an American flag along with a cross to represent who she was, a strong Patriotic American and women of Faith. She was dearly loved and embraced in the community, and she will be dearly loved, cherished and sorely missed by our family. She left an imprint on our hearts with her charismatic, caring, kind and joyous personality. We will always treasure the memories of her laughter, witty comments, jokes, hugs, and kisses. She was a blessing and forever in our hearts. Until we meet again. We will always treasure the memories of her laughter, entertaining comments, and jokes. Her hugs and kisses.
