On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 Emily Spencer Barnes, age 81, of Gaithersburg, Maryland died peacefully in Shady Grove Center, Rockville, MD. Born on January 27, 1939 in Burlington, NC to the late Fred William and Emily Spencer (nee Cutchin) Paschall. She was preceded in death by her husband Chiles Kenneth Barnes. She will be missed by both family and friends.
