Carlos Arturo Perkins

Carlos was born Jan 10, 1929, to Caroline Williams, and Carlos Archibald Perkins. He was the first of 3 later siblings. Louis, Harold and Sylvia.
He received his education in New York City. Including at the end, City College of New York City. His chosen profession was accounting and the military.
He sired many children. All of whom he loved dearly. He married often, yet very seldom wisely. In short he lived, loved, and learned. And finally, after a long life full of joy and some sorrow, he left. How he is to be remembered, well that’s up to you.
