On Saturday, March 28, 2020 Vicky Ann Price, age 49, passed peacefully in her sleep at her residence in Damascus, MD. Born October 27, 1970 in Olney, Maryland to the late George Jefferson Price and Linda Lou (nee Baker) Roberts. She graduated from Gaithersburg High School. She was a great lover of nature with a deep spirituality. Beloved mother of Bradley Elmer, Senior Airman Madeline Elmer, USAF, and Alyssa Elmer all of Damascus, MD. Devoted sister of Jerry (Krista) Hrsar of Frederick, MD and Karen Price of Winchester, VA. Niece of Joan (Robert) Hawkins of Damascus, MD, Bonnie Hefferman of Palm Coast, FL, Susie (Ray) Alanso of Indian Head, SC, Ronnie (Sandy) Baker of East End, NC and Robin (John) Fredericks of New Market, MD. Loving aunt of Rochelle (Rory) Elizabeth Price of Winchester, VA, Brandon (Cynthia) Lee of Littleton, CO, and Hallie Biddinger of Gaithersburg, MD. She will also be missed by many other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Vicky's life will be held at a later date.
