Stuart Arthur Lumsden

On Saturday, October 1, 2022 Stuart Arthur Lumsden age 84 of Washington, DC died peacefully at his residence at Gift of Peace Convent. Born on June 8, 1938 in Petaluma, CA to the late Arthur Gomez and Dorothy Mae (nee Swan) Lumsden. From 1962 until 1967 he served his nation honorably in the United States Air Force. Having earned an MBA, he was self employed as a salesman. On Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 10:00 am a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Gift of Peace Convent Chapel 2800 Otis Street NE Washington, DC 20018. A Graveside Service and military honors will follow at 12:30 pm at Quantico National Cemetery 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA. He will be missed by the Sisters of Mercy and his friends at Gift of Peace Convent. May his memory be a blessing now and forever and may he rest in peace.
