On Friday, January 13, 2023 Norka Maria Patino Garrido of Gaithersburg, MD died peacefully surrounded by family at Casey House Hospice Rockville, MD. Born on March 31, 1952 in Tumbes, Peru to the late Oswaldo Manuel Patino Zambrano and Luz Amparo Garrido Sala who survives. She came to the United States twenty years ago. Having earned a bachelor's degree, she was employed as an administrator. She was of the Roman Catholic faith. Beloved mother of Gonzalo Oscar Cabrera Patino (Brenda Roxana Zevallos) of Centreville, VA. Devoted grandmother of Bella Valentina Cabrera Zevallos, Liam Jacob Cabrera, Mathias Cabrera and Kaleph Cabrera. Sister of Oswaldo Mariano Patino Garrido of Gaithersburg, MD; Edgar Jose Patino Garrido of Lima, Peru and Roxana Reddy of Gaithersburg, MD. She will also be missed by the many whose lives she touched. Services private. May she rest in peace!
