Luis Alonso Diaz Vallecillo

On Friday, December 22, 2023 Luis Alonso Diaz Vallecillo age 70 of Gaithersburg, MD died peacefully at the Casey House Hospice of Rockville, MD, surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 22, 1953 in Cedro Cortez, Honduras to the late Jose Martin Diaz Reyes and Tomasa Vallecillo. He was employed as a Police Officer in the Police Department of Honduras. Loving father of Jose (Karen) Diaz of Germantown, MD, Fanny Jaquelinne Diaz Madrid of Gaithersburg, MD, Norma (Fredy) Molineros of Gaithersburg, MD, Osman (Patty) Pena of Germantown, MD and Denis Diaz of Gaithersburg, MD. Beloved grandfather of nine grandchildren. Brother of Reina Diaz, Martin Diaz and Carmen Diaz, all of Honduras. He was preceded in death by his brother Jose Martin Diaz. He will also be missed by many others whose lives he touched.

On Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am a Visitation will take place at Thibadeau Mortuary Chapel, 124 East Diamond Avenue Gaithersburg, MD 20877, with a Celebration of Life following immediately at 11:00 am at Thibadeau Mortuary Chapel. Graveside Services will follow on December 28, 2023 at 12:30 pm at All Souls Cemetery 11401 Brink Road Germantown, MD 20876. Interment will follow.
