Jaime Leon Avila

On Tuesday, September 8, 2020 Jaime Leon Avila, age 29 of Jessup, MD died unexpectedly in Hanover, MD. Born on November 14, 1990 in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico to Serafin Leon Sandoval and Virginia Avila Castro. After his education in Mexico, he came to the United States 12 years ago. Here, he was employed as a carpenter in the construction industry. In addition to his parents and family members here and those residing in Mexico, he will be missed by his brother Jose Albino Leon Avila of Hanover, MD and his uncle, Felix Avila. On Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 8:00 pm a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Saint Clement Catholic Church, 2700 Washington, Avenue, Landsdowne, MD 21227. After the conclusion of the Mass and until 11:15 pm, a visitation will take place at the Church. Burial will take place in Mexico at a later date.
