Jacqueline Eileen Edwards

On August 9th 2021 Jacqueline"Jackie" Eileen Edwards died peacefully at Adventist Healthcare White Oak. Jackie was born May 30th 1948 in Kittanning, PA to Clark F & Dora W (Burns) Edwards. She is survived by her brother William (Jim) Edwards, Nieces Jennifer Edwards & Carrie (Edwards) Gosnell & husband Todd, nephew Bryan Edwards & wife Catie, Grandnephews Chris & Mitch, Grandniece Adalia.
Jackie was an avid basketball fan. In HS at the Marion Center in PA she was one of the first to play on the new girls basketball team. She was a member of the Maryland Rebounders following the woman's team to many places. She was a tremendous fan of the Wasington Mystics. When she wasn't watching basketball, she was working. She had a very successful career climbing the ladder at WSSC. Where after a successful 29 yrs she retired.
