Irwin Katz

On Tuesday April 21, 2020 Irwin Robert Katz, age 71, of Gaithersburg, MD died peacefully at Adventist Shady Grove Medical Center, Rockville, MD. Born February 4, 1949 in Philadelphia, PA to Louis and Sylvia (nee Schwartz) Katz. Having served his nation honorably in the armed forces, and having earned a bachelor's degree, he worked many years in retail management. He is survived by his beloved wife Karen (nee Sturgill) Katz, his four children, and two step-children. He will also be missed by many other relatives and friends. Services private.
