George Richard Eppard

On Saturday, March 26, 2022, George Richard Eppard, at the age of 82, and with his loving family by his side, died peacefully at Berkeley Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV.

Beloved husband of Gail Ann Eppard (nee Simpson) of Charles Town, WV. Father of Mark (Patti) Eppard of St. Michael, MD; Laura Eppard of Laurel, MD, and Kevin (Donna) Eppard of Winchester, VA. Grandfather of Emily (Greg) Furnival of Rixeyville, VA, Elizabeth (Jay) Radchenko of Clayton, NC, David (Ashlyn Edwards) Eppard of Winchester, VA, Catherine Eppard of Richmond, VA, and Christian Eppard of Winchester, VA. He is also loved and missed by countless other relatives and friends.

Sadly, G. Richard Eppard was predeceased by his sister Theresa Eppard, his brother James "Jimmy" Eppard, his youngest son, Michael Eppard, his brother Michael Clemenson, and also by his grandson, Daniel Eppard (2021).

An intimate Inurmnent-Graveside Service will be held at noon on Friday April 8, 2022, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD. Following the graveside service all are welcomed to join the family at Mamma Lucia Restaurant, 14921 Shady Grove Road (Fallsgrove Shopping Center) Rockville, MD.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will offered at 11:00 am, Saturday April 23, 2022, at St. James Catholic Church, 49 Crosswinds Dr., Charles Town, WV 25414
