Duk Hong

On Wednesday, January 27, 2020 Duk Pyo Hung, age 91 of Gaithersburg, MD died peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 10, 1929 in Seoul, South Korea to the late Dae Hong Hong and Ssi (nee Han) Hong. Having earned a Master's Degree, he served many years as a Methodist Pastor. Beloved husband of Bok Soon (nee Yoon) Hong. He will be missed by both family and friends. On Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 5:00 pm a Funeral Service will take place at Bethany Presbyterian Church 1201 Quince Orchard Road Gaithersburg, MD 20878. On Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 10:00 am a Graveside Service and Interment will take place at Norbeck Memorial Park 16225 Batchellors Forest Road Olney, MD 20832.
