On Tuesday, April 14, 2020 Cristina (nee Mata) Sanchez, age 46, of Mount Airy, MD, died peacefully at Holy Cross Germantown Hospital. Born on August 28, 1973 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Jose Alfonso Mata and Reyna Aurora Antonio Sanchez Fuentes. Having earned a Bachelor's Degree, she was employed as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is survived by her son, Luis A. Gomez-Sanchez of Mount Airy, MD. She will also be missed by many other relatives and friends.
