Constance Abbe Garrett

On Tuesday, September 29, 2020 Constance Abbe (nee Ruby) Garrett died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at her residence in Potomac, MD. Born on January 4, 1931 in Mahanoy City, PA to the late Morris and Ida (nee Dunes) Ruby. Having earned her master's degree, she touched lives of many as a teacher in the Montgomery County Maryland Public School System. Beloved mother of Barbara Garrett Klotz of Colebrook, CT, Linda Garrett of Annapolis, MD, Leila Garrett-Stevens of Rowayton, CT, and Laura Jeanne Garrett of Sterling, VA. She will be remembered with love by her many other family members and friends.
