On Tuesday August 6, 2019, Betty Louise Catoe, age 84 died peacefully at her home in Rockville, MD. Born April 12, 1935, to the late William B (Gladys Nee Brooks) Fitzgerald II. Loving wife of Clarence Edwin Catoe of Rockville, MD. Mother of Stephen Vincent Catoe of Rockville, MD, Frederick Allan (Jacqueline) Catoe of Point of Rocks, MD, and Cheryl Lynn Catoe of Rockville, MD; grandmother of Joseph, Michael, Rebecca, Maria, Ricardo, and Fernando; great grandmother of A.J., Jalese, Aaden, Maddox, and Ayla; sister-in-law of Lillie Crosby, of Yellow Springs, OH. She is also missed by her friend Karen Booker of Washington, D.C., and countless relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Elizabeth Joy Catoe.
