Ayanna Maertens Griffin

On February 8, 2020 Ayanna Munne Maertens Griffin, age 18, died suddenly in Alton, VA. Born on August 21, 2001 in Rockville, MD to George Ivan Maertens Aramayo and Melissa Ann Griffin of Germantown, MD. Beloved sister of La'Asia Sky Maetens Griffin of Germantown, MD; Elijah Tristan Stout-Griffin and Jeremiah Mason Stout-Griffin both of Harpers Ferry, WV. She was predeceased by her twin sister Staisha Heaven Maertens Griffin. She is also missed and loved by many relatives and friends around the world. Visitation will take place Friday February 21, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at The Episcopal Church of the Ascension 205 South Summit Avenue Gaithersburg, MD 20877. Service information pending.
