Allan R Bly, Jr (Richard) passed away peacefully with his wife at his side the morning of February 28, 2023 in Germantown, MD. He is survived by his wife Becky, brother Robert, father Allan and his seven beloved nieces. He was known for his kind heart, listening ear and great faith in Jesus Christ. He was a true friend to many and loved exploring the world.

Richard Bly's Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday March 4, 2023 at Chinese Bible Church of Maryland, 4414 Muncaster Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853. There will be a reception in the Followship Hall following the service. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Chondrosarcoma Foundation,
